I decided to create my Low-Carb E- Cook Book because I wanted to be able to offer delicous meals, that unlike some low-carb recipes consist of bland foods that have you wanting to give up! These recipes have continuosuly helped me along my own journey. In 2016 I was able to lose 63 pounds in 8 months by following these recipes. Along with others I have created. Even when I fall short I always go back to what I know works! After years of being asked to share my recipes by family, friends, and supporters I finally said yes! I gained an unspeakable amount of weight during the pandemic like most. So why not get back on track myself and offer you recipes to help you as well! My hope is that these recipes may help you along your own personal low-carb lifestyle journey. In this e-Cook Book you will find delicious options from Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Dessert! I've even included a cocktail if you choose! Remember this is a lifestyle a marathon so to speak… Most importantly be patient with yourself & trust the process.
